Escape to paradise in the fabulous Florida Keys at Futura Yacht Club. This property is a private gated community with a 65 slip deep water marina. This tropical waterfront community offers world class fishing and diving, 2 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, heated pool, private beach, and dockage for your boat.Our beach is on the bayside which has a Tiki hut, grill, beach chairs and the best sunsets in the KEYS. This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo which has all the amenities of home~including a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and private outdoor balcony. Plus for the fisherman there is a separate bait freezer. The laundry room is located just outside the unit door. There are BBQ grills all around the property to grill. Relax at the large heated pool with a pavilion area with TV, and tables to eat at .The view from our unit faces the tennis courts but our beach and bay view is just a short walk away. The unit is on the first floor but you must go up an elevator or take the stairs to get to that level. The marina offers dockage up to 36 ft boats, freshwater wash down, fish cleaning tables and very good fishing from shore. There is plenty of room on the grounds for parking your boat trailer. There is an extra fee, if you want a slip for your boat. Unique Benefits Boat slips available for up to 33 ft boats. You must have $300,000 in liability insurance on your boat. Slip rental fee is $200 per week. Plus our Futura Yacht Club HOA charges-( upon arrival by credit card)-$150 fee for trailer parking and $50 boat registration fee during your stay. These fees will not be on your rental agreement, but must be paid to FUTURA YACHT CLUB on arrival. Why Kids Love It The pool, pickle ball, tennis, Kayak or paddle board from our beach and the fishing in the marina is great for kids. Area Information We are located in Islamorada, Florida~67 miles south of Miami at mile marker 88.5, in the heart of the Florida Keys. We are conveniently located on the Bay Side between Snake Creek and Tavernier Creek and have the Keys best sunsets. There are many great waterfront restaurants in the area with outdoor dining available. Islamorada offers some great activities like swimming with Dolphins, Snorkeling, Glass Bottom Boat rides, Eco tours, Boat rentals, exhibits like Theather of the Sea, The Turtle Hospital and Robbies Tarpon Dock and more.
