Nearshore Fishing Charter

The Gulf waters off the coast of Tampa Bay are home to a mix of exciting sight fishing and bottom fishing opportunities for some of the hardest-fighting and best-eating fish in the area. Every nearshore trip writes its own story. The variations in currents, tides, and seasons always keep this trip exciting—you never know what you’re going to reel up, but it’s going to be epic. Similar to the bay, we have an incredibly diverse nearshore fishery. Depending on the season, we’re targeting some of the most iconic species in the Gulf. Our main target species and seasons include: Late Spring/Early Summer We’ll have a mix of kingfish, bonita, mackerel, sometimes blackfin tuna, and depending on the water quality we may encounter a sailfish. Late Fall/Early Winter Big schools of 40″+ bull redfish migrate through our area. Epic Sight Fishing Depending on the season, we’ll be sight fishing for cobia, tripletail, or big pods of tarpon around buoys, towers, and markers.
